Literally unwatchable
Its just been stuttering since early in the second period. Ive tried everything on my side and its cross device and in other viewing scenarios. I cant believe there no other [PERSON_NAME] option in [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA]!

Quality of Jays commentary
- - Started watching Jays games with sound off.
- - Schulman and Siddall are boring with little history or insight; Schulman was better with Buck Martinez.
Started watching Jays games with the sound off this year. *** and *** are the most boring MLB commentators, hands down.
Very little baseball history, very little experiential commentary, completely void of insight. *** was tolerable when *** was there; no longer.
*** son, ***, is tolerable because he is not just a *** cheerleader. Maybe pair him with *** or *** or any other veteran player (preferably a former ***) who put in 10+ years in the majors.

Horrible service
The steaming is a joke. Skips and freezes continually.
It's like 3 + hours of stuttering.
The commercials seem to stream fine, go Don't waste your money figure, but the games... 
Not worth the amount of money we pay.

Terrible service
- - Regular subscription costs $30.
- - Most live sports require premium ($45) or regional blocks.
- - The app is poorly optimized.
- - Customer service copy-pastes.
This is one of the worst consumer service experiences I have ever had, especially for a whopping $30 just for a regular subscription. Even at that price, you are unable to watch most of the live sports due to not being on premium (which is $45!) or regional blackouts, which even if you pay for premium, you can't watch the live event.
The Sportsnet app is terribly optimized, and the customer service is even worse. I've been trying to get help for days, and each representative just sends the same copy and paste response and refuses to actually help with my problem.
I would stay far away from Sportsnet and find another way to watch your live sports. This company does not care about your viewing experience, even though they charge as much as a monthly cell phone plan!

Going thru exact same issues. Worst service I have ever experienced and at a very high monthly rate.
The app is horrible good luck enjoying any sport with constant freezing and black screen that takes forever to reset every 10 min and customer service is impossible no phone to call a real person and they automatically deny any refund or accountability. You have to fight continuously just for cancellation and proper refund. Horrible.
Don’t make the mistake of signing up. Strongly disappointed

Cancelation
- - I canceled my account but was charged 370.00.
- - Video is choppy/lagging and internet not detected.
- - App kicks me out mid-watch; login takes minutes.
I am few months ago went and put cancelation on my account. Now sportnet tried taking 370.00 from my account.
This is fraud. Especially where I have been in contact through email on how poor your service is. There is no way in hell why I would want to pay this amount to watch choppy or lagging video or as last night said internet not detected. This is poor service.
I have also been kicked out of there app in the middle of watching sports then takes me 5 min to log back in.
Because of this. Again poor service.

I will find a way to get NHL HOCKEY from the [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] so I get stuff Sportnet / [PERSON_NAME] !!!

I just subscribed and see the Oilers...
I just subscribed and see the Oilers game on Monday April 20 isn't showing with other upcoming games. Why is that? I subscribed specifically for Oilers games!!
Preferred solution: A reason for the Oilers game not in their lineup for Monday!!

Hockey game access on sportnet, today april 15 2026, we have a game between canucks and oilers and its not available for us to watch we are offerd *** and *** and vegas, what is wrong with you
Why do we get to watch the Toronto-*** game and not ***-***? Total crap, as we pay good money to watch our teams. You offer us a game in ***; shame on you.

Dissatisfied! Still cannot get into my account although I have it on my tablet & phone but won't let me log in on tv! Very frustrating!.you can't talk to a person & I've sent 4 emails before a respons

Customer service
- - Postponed account for 3 months; charged again for unused time.
- - Cancelled and wants a heads-up before charges; customer service was unhelpful.
Had my account postponed, the only option was for 3 months.
I forgot when it would restart, and didn't notice I was being charged again until weeks later. I paid for a bunch of time I didn't use.
I can't keep postponing, or get my money back, so I cancelled permanently.
Edit: changed review a bit, and increased from 1 star. it was alright while it lasted.

Preferred solution: Reimbursed for the month I didn't know I was paying for. I would have been happy to just continue postponing/pausing my account, but that is not available. Now I don't want Sportsnet.

NHL playoff coverage sucks!!
- - On days with 3-4 games, one game overlaps the next on many channels.
- - When the first game ends, the next game is on but can't be accessed.
When having 3 or 4 games on same day, too many times its happened when they have one game on all or most sports net stations and for whatever reason it overlaps the next game.When first game is over and the other is already playing, instead of going to the other game on one of the stations, we have to listen to a bunch of crap from some guys talking about the first game, THAT WE HAVE ALREADY WATCHED!!!
Meanwhile the next game is playing but we cant get it?
STUPID!!!

Crashes constantly
App crashes every time it goes to commercial, no customer service. City TV, also owned by the same company, crashes as well.
