I'd like to really thank SNP for consistently blacking out games. Like really, they show Edmonton as Dallas but the next night blacking it out for Calgary vs Dallas.
I've canceled my subscription and have gone old school and started listening to the games on the radio. Wow, it brings me back to my childhood and have really enjoyed just chilling and listening to a game for free. Thanks Sportsnet Pacific, bye...
- Too expensive and dont show anything worthwhile like an important wildcard game

Stop you guys do it always you pump everybody elses tires especially Edmonton you give them all the love and Ottawa always why cant you be like TSN who evaluates the leafs as a club good or bad? Im just tired of you guys. I think you guys are god awful.
- Deliveries rather fair
- Especially that you guys broadcast from downtown toronto on bay street
- Your biased on any other canadian teams other than the leafs and you will always be kind of sucks if you ask me

Paid for Sportsnet but can get access
Terrible service, took my money last Sunday April 20 from my Visa and I missed 5 of the playoff games so far 2 for Montreal and 3 for Toronto and all I get when I try to log on is you need to subscribe. So frustrating, can’t even cancel my account because they can’t find me, were able to find me when I paid. Will never recommend Sportsnet

What a piece of *** streaming app
Freezes, buffers, skips, sound goes off after every return from commercial . Sometimes kicks me off altogether.
Its complete garbage.
I have no problem with any other streaming app. So *** angry!

Whatever you changed on the microphones, undo it. The TV experience is now, for this game, the worst I've ever heard.

As a father of a daughter who played University basketball in Canada, its very disappointing that after the Final 4 Womans games that it wasnt even mentioned in the show. We have girls in Canada that want to play at the highest level and are playing in the WMBA.
In case you didnt know, we have a WMBA team coming to Toronto next year and these ladies deserve their coverage too. Some great storylines with these incredible women and future dreams but who would know if you dont give them 30 seconds on a show.
Open your eyes! Im looking forward to not watching your show like I have been for years every day.

Pissed at Commentator
Caleb Joseph blamed Alejandro Kirk for Gausman's poor performance against the Yankees in game 1 of the April 27 doubleheader. He should make a formal apology as his own career was lack luster to say the least.
He couldn't carry Kirk's equipment bag. Get rid of him!!

Ever since they hired DEBRUSK as the color guy, all he talks about during the game is how great the other team is doing , very little if any about the Oilers, CANT STAND LISTENING TO HIM rant .HE IS TERRIBLE

Turned to SN the other day and saw the opening ceremonies to the Special Olympic, was so impressed I said to myself, "I have to watch the games, haven't seen them in years." Then I heard them say 'Recap of this coverage will be April 9th', ok, odd but?? Have been looking for live coverage ever since, lo and behold there is none. Disrespectful to all involved, especially to the athletes.
Preferred solution: Proper coverage of events that are important to everyone.

Resolved: Customer service issue
They have charged me double every month for no reason.
After I brought that up instead of paying back the money they cancelled my account and now I'm out even more money.
There is no phone number everything is done through email and the service really hasn't been that good. I would say around a 4/10 at every best.
This is a shame because outside of the billing sportsnet has been very good for watching oiler games and the 4 nations tournament.

Announcers
You need to get more announcers like Kate Beirness (I hope I spelled her name right). Most of the other female announcers sound dumb & are either old or ugly.
The guys mostly sound dumb.
I have gotten to the point that I just turn the sound off till they are finished. Get Kate Beirness to teach your new announcers how to report the sports news.

False Claims
Claimed to offer streaming NHL games when in reality 70% of them are blacked out. And won't offer a refund when cancelling the subscription.
They say "all sales final". They charge more than TSN.
Save your money. Rogers is misleading.
