This app is garbage
- - Mobile streaming freezes and crashes after 10-15 minutes.
- - Audio is lost and the app requires frequent refreshes.
Honestly, I can't stream this app for more than 10-15 minutes from my phone before:
1) the stream freezes and crashes
2) I lose audio (and have to refresh the app a dozen times before it comes back)
And if I need to switch to another app and reopen it, the stream almost always crashes and needs to be reopened

I'm guess that *** got Paramount+ not to show the MMA fight free because *** is charging for it

SPORTSNET IS TERRIBLE
- - Sportsnet+ restart from the beginning for live NHL games is unreliable.
- - Even with Premium, it jumps to live or glitches, spoiling the experience.
Dear Sportsnet,
I am a loyal viewer and I am very frustrated with the Sportsnet+ app. The restart from the beginning feature for live NHL games does not work reliably, which makes it impossible to watch games from the first puck drop without spoilers.
Even with Premium, the feature often jumps to live or glitches, ruining the viewing experience.
As a paying customer, I expect to be able to watch every game from the beginning without this issue. I just want Sportsnet to fix the restart feature so viewers can enjoy games spoiler-free, as advertised, or I'll be forced to stream games somewhere else instead of paying for a terrible experience.

Being ripped off for 18 mos and dont get the subscription
I got a 1-month subscription from Sportsnet in May of 2024. They told me it would expire. I have been charged until January 2026, and I have no subscription.

Can’t watch game. 4 World Series
Code 22 keeps displaying cannot watch game 4 of World Series. Says there is an issue with the network. Pretty *** Steaming Service considering signed up to watch the series.

Missing promised game!
Paid for Spirtsnet Pacific and we have to watch the Maple Leafs navel-gaze. Worst sports app ever! Again!

- - Call was answered and disconnected.

- - Prefers US channels; can still see Canadian athletes; disappointed with Sports Net.
My call was answered and immediately disconnected! GREAT customer service!!
I think Ill just stick to the u.s. channels .. they sir what they say the will .. and I still get to see our Canadian athletes.

User's recommendation: Watch the American channels. That’s where I saw our ice skating dance team. Spirtsnet adcertised 1.15.. never happened (probably wrong time!) but I was able to see them at 2.15 on a U.S Chanel as advertised in the guide!!

Worst experience ever *** in trying to watch Olympic dance coverage then in trying to complain about its non airing so had to watch it on us channels without the same commentary for our athletes blah blah blah blah done
- But no detailed commentary about our athletes
- Fortunately us channel aired it
Preferred solution: Nothing now if you advertise that you’ll air something and people schedule their days round it AIR IT especially where our athletes and national pride are concerned! !!

Not sure what or why this happened. Ive always been able to watch sports games on my phone and just recently Im told my subscription doesnt cover sports games

I was told that if I upgraded I would only be charged the difference and I was charged another year!!!
- - Regular Sportsnet package won’t let me watch Canadiens games I watched last year; I upgraded and was charged another year with no refund.
I purchased the regular subscription (Sportnet package). I was unable to watch Montreal Canadiens games that I was able to watch with the same package last year.
I was told by the Sportsnet team to upgrade to be able to watch the games. I then upgraded and was charged another year! Sportsnet will not refund my money!
Such a scam! Do not purchase the Sportsnet package!
- Watch games but have to upgrade and pay rediculas amount
- Regular sportsnet package is expensive and you get less then half the games

Sportsnet+ Issue
- - Double billed; refund initially refused; contact was only via email.
- - A refund was issued after live chat escalation.
Was double billed and they initially refused a refund and the only way to communicate was via email and they would not respond to my follow up emails asking to them to review and reconsider the refund. There are no phone numbers to contact them and their chat option would only send me to a link back to the email support.
So I had to try different situations on the chat to actually speak to someone live on the chat. Once I explained the situation, the same way I had in the original email, I was able to get a refund.
It really shouldnt be this difficult and they should offer a means of device where you can actually speak with someone on the phone. This is terrible customer service.

The app is horrible good luck enjoying any sport with constant freezing and black screen that takes forever to reset every 10 min and customer service is impossible no phone to call a real person and they automatically deny any refund or accountability. You have to fight continuously just for cancellation and proper refund. Horrible.

First of all, Im not mad in any shape or form just a question that cant seem to be answered by you people. Im finding it really difficult to talk to an actual real person. Just wondering why I cannot get a four month plan for Sportsnet on my TV it doesnt show up but it shows up on my phone Where I will not watch any sporting events makes no sense.
