Claimed to offer streaming NHL games when in reality 70% of them are blacked out. And won't offer a refund when cancelling the subscription.
They say "all sales final". They charge more than TSN.
Save your money. Rogers is misleading.

Buffering & Freezing
Absolute garbage! Major lags every night at 7:30 to 8:30, and it's not my service since everything else stream or plays perfectly!
Live games are buffering many times during the course of the game!
If you can purchase another service, do it!
It cannot be worse than Sportsnet. They should be embarrassed!

Constant issues with app / subscription
Always getting error codes or the game freezes/ pauses. Have not been able to watch one game from start to finish without this issue.
Its the only app/ subscription that we have this issue with. Would like a solution or refund.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They gave me a nominal refund on my card -enough to say sorry. I am still leary of their money grabbing normal operations in the monopoly they have.
Different sources of errors. The latest happened mid way through 3rd period of my hockey team and a message comes up that they only support this game in Canada (error 15).
Good thing I'm in Canada to get their NON SUPPORT.
User's recommendation: only go monthly if you have to -then cancel when needed. Their website is also glitchy for the renewals and it sucked me into a year

Sportsnet Plus
We ordered Sportsnet Plus and was informed that we would have access to all of the games which is far from true. The games we want to watch cannot be accessed and half the time the streaming through the tv does y work at all which is pointless to have.
We have paid the yearly subscription and within 30 minutes of purchasing it we cancelled it due to blackout games and unable to watch through our tv.
Please reimburse us the money $282. Also, we would like to speak to someone through a phone call to address the matter.

I paid for a full year subscription, now they've changed games over to primevideo. Which by the way can't even handle a live stream.
Now I have to upgrade again to watch certain games when I purchased the best subscription and now it changes after locking in a full year. That's bs

After watching NHL games on Amazon and the NHL app, the quality of the Sportsnet app is very low. It looks blurry most of the time, the quality of the video is really bad 1 out of 10 for me.

Cannot watch games I have paid to see
I have purchased a Sportsnet plus premium package to be able to watch Montreal Canadiens games...I live in the GTA.
I keep getting Error 16 that says the game is not available in my area but on the Game tracker says it is available on Premium.
I cannot get any customer service on the phone, email takes at least 12 hours...and all the website does is send me AI articles that are irrelevant. I am one frustrated customer.
This is the third or fourth time this has happened and every time they tell me it is a problem with zoning and the device I am trying to use.
I am at home with my TV and my Bell Fibe.
The customer service sucks and the Sportsnet App sucks.
Now I'll be in a 5-months fight to get my money back
